Subway

There were 2 ladies working and they were not very inviting. She slammed the ham on my bread and was like what else? I felt like I was in trouble the whole time. The grilled chicken breast on my husband sandwich was cold, We asked for it to be heated. He took a few bites then took it back and she held a white paper out asked him to take the chicken off his sandwich and she would reheat it.

If I could give less than one star I would. Here's why... The first mistake was deciding to go to this Subway on my break. The second was the man behind the counter, who did not wash his hands before putting on gloves to make my sandwich. Once my sandwich was made and my coupon had been added, I proceeded to pay, only to be informed that the card reader was not working. I explained that I did not have any cash on hand and was promptly told where the nearest bank was, about five minutes away. I said I wasn't going to do that and left my sandwich, chips and drink on the counter. There was no sign on the door indicating that they were unable to accept card payments. Additionally, I was told that my form of payment wouldn't be accepted after my sandwich was already made.

Just went in to ask a question and man.... the guys weren't very professional or nice. Seemed a little standoffish for no reason when all i asked is if they had the new beyond meat meatballs in yet. Side note - try not to talk to another employee in a different language when people are talking to you. Its not very respectful and more than likely you're saying something you wouldnt want the customer to hear.
