Little Slice Of Heaven Cheesecakes

We ordered 4 cheesecakes for our small wedding (New York, swirled marionberry, caramel macchiato, and cookies 'n cream), and they were all AMAZING. We heard nothing but rave reviews from our friends and family and I would order from them again in a heartbeat. A few days before the wedding they even offered to deliver the cheesecakes to us, and when they did they included an extra two individual slices for my husband and I to enjoy once things calmed down. We appreciated that so much and next time we're in the Bend area, we'll definitely be stopping by their cart!

We are so excited they are offering vegan cheesecake right by my vegan food truck, Toasty. I have tried almost every flavor and have loved them all! I think my favorites are the peanut butter cup and lemon though. I don’t feel stuffed or bad after eating it too. It is full flavor but feels like a very light and healthy dessert… I don’t know how they do it but it’s delicious!
