Great coffee and excellent customer service.

Blue bird has some good coffee and a quaint environment. It is good for meet and reading a book. The lattes are decent and I love that they try to make their own milk and blends in house. The difficult thing is the baristas seem scared and the owner seems to have a heavy hand on them which creates a heavy atmosphere.

This is my second time at Bluebird. I came here two years ago and had the MOST delicious huckleberry mocha. It was so good that I swore I would return when I came back to Bend. This time I tried the honey lavender latte on the seasonal menu, and it is also delicious (complete with bee pollen sprinkles). Twice here, and I have not been disappointed.

The ambiance is cool at this place, down side there's not much room if you want to sit down to drink your coffee. They're very nice there and they have a really cool setup. I got a Tibetan coffee and it was good, a little too sweet for my liking, but I'm sure you can tell them to do less sugar. I recommend trying this place out if you're in downtown Bend!

Great coffee, very nice staff, good atmosphere. They make their almond milk in house and it's delicious, and give away almond meal for free!

Fantastic little coffee shop nestled on the edge of hip downtown. Couches are warm and coffee is as bitter (and delicious) as my ex wife. The combination of a curiosity shop is a little odd, it restricts the space, but they have tables, comfortable armchairs, and couches. Coffee is made with flair and is reasonably priced for the area.

Nice little coffee shop, met someone for a quick meeting and ended staying for over an hour. Coffee was good and a nice quiet atmosphere to be able to carry on a decent conversatiom. Great service by all the staff.

My very favorite coffee place in Bend. Drinks are tasty, seating is perfect no matter what you're there for, and there's a sweet little gift shop area full of humor and nostalgia. Highly recommend.

Great little shop downtown. Fast & convenient with a great food variety. House-made almond milk a big plus, one of the few places downtown to get the famed Sparrow Bakery "Ocean Roll". Shop has that combination gift/art shop + coffee shop feel, so bear that in mind. Only point to be aware of: there's a $7 minimum on CREDIT cards (so either go cash/debit or plan to get more than coffee). Free wifi for 6 hours makes it a good work spot when you're looking for a different spot in town.

I've been here many times before, and I always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and great coffee. The latest time I had an Americano with a cubano shot and, as far as I know, this is one of the only cafes in town where you can get this specific type of shot. A cubano shot is where the espresso is pulled through sugar and spices and tastes marvelous! This shop is definitely deserving of the 5 star rating I gave.
