I recently altered my daily routine, and that change led me to discover Black Rock Coffee. This coffee shop has quickly become a part of my morning ritual, and I have nothing but praises for it. The coffee at Black Rock is delicious. What sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional staff. Fast, efficient, and unfailingly friendly, they embody the essence of great customer service. Even during their busiest hours, the staff at Black Rock Coffee manage to make each customer feel special. Their genuine smiles and the way they take a moment to ask about your day or weekend make all the difference. It's the kind of personal touch that transforms a regular coffee run into a warm and welcoming experience. In an era where many coffee shops prioritize speed over the personal touch, Black Rock Coffee stands out as a shining example of how to make each customer feel valued. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a delicious cup of coffee served with a side of genuine kindness. It's more than a coffee shop; it's a little haven of positivity in the morning rush.

So I have yet to walk inside this location- but I do occasionally order it and have it delivered to my home from Uber Eats or Door Dash. I just want to say that I love how consistent the drinks are. I’m always happy with the flavor and the measurements are always right! I try duplicating the drinks at home and its never quite right so I’m glad someone can make them properly lol. I have really missed my friends and family back In Beaverton and I’m glad to know Im able to have a piece of home with me here in Bend. It’s been a really hard year adjusting to a new town and trying to do so without my usual support system. Also, I appreciate the occasional sweet notes I get on my drink order. It means more to me than you’ll ever know. I know it might just be Coffee, Infused Fuels and treats to you guys, but y’all are helping folks. One drink at a time ❤️

Their coffees and snacks are always so good and I've never met someone there that isn't extremely kind and helpful! Its my favorite place to get coffee for a good price. The coffee is never too sweet, and easy to make sweet if you prefer it that way! The food always tastes fresh and has good flavors, doesn't taste mass produced or factory made.

Has quickly become my favorite coffee spot. A great variety of traditional and modern coffee and tea. They don't have some of the crazy flavors you get other places, but the stuff they have still sets them apart. I suggest trying a hibiscus tea, its best if you do it half and half with black tea. The food is great for a quick breakfast, too. Even more, the staff make every visit a great experience.
