Excellent breakfast. I have gone to a lot of breakfast restaurants in Bend that are quite pricey and not that good. Birdies beats them out with excellent quality, variety and prices. I thoroughly enjoyed their Green Chili Biscuit breakfast. My husband lived the Chicken n Waffles. My new favorite go to breakfast place. Unfortunately, I have been told that Birdies is shutting down in a few days and will then be a Wine Bar. Do we really need another Bar in Bend?

We enjoyed going to Birdies for breakfast. They have one vegan option on the menu and it was really good. Portions sizes are large. They have some outdoor seating availble. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food (both omnivores and vegans) and some even went back again the next day. Would like to see more vegan options or "can be made vegan" indications on the menu.

Super delicious breakfast option in Bend! The food is from scratch, the service is excellent, and you’re guaranteed to find something you like on the menu. I had the green chiles biscuit and it was so tasty. Highly recommend getting there early on weekends.

Soooo as a vegan, I feel like I can’t find a good brunch spot in bend esp on a weekday or anything that opens later in the day but I get the tofu hash and a veggie Bloody Mary ( the regular one has meat on it, almost got that one on accident) and it really hits the spot every time! They also have good vegan sides if you’re super hungover and super hungry feeling (my situation). Also I love the Hunter Thompson quote when you first walk in.

The hashbrowns are crispy on the outside but super fluffy on the inside. There English muffin is phenomenal especially with there home made jam you get with it. There eggs are amazing especially with some added cheddar. Def recommend and will be coming back.

Had no idea about this hidden gem! Oh my gosh! I think me and my family have found our favorite place to eat ! Bar none, the best chicken sandwich I've EVER had (Nashville) - The veggies are so fresh, the flavors are amazing, excellent tasty food, large portion of fries (which are my favorite now), very fair prices, friendly staff & we love the pug on the walls too! If you are looking for some good food, please try this local gem! Way to go... keep up the good work.... we'll be visiting more often! Next.... cocktails and breakfast!? :)

A very unique little cafe. Love the decor!
I ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich for lunch and it was yummy! Good sized portions for the price and the fries were delicious!!

Definitely located by the COCC, but that's not a bad thing. Simple menu with some good breakfast offerings. I recommend the biscuits and gravy, they do a good job with it.
There is also a pug dog theme and some cute pictures of pugs on the wall. Overall a good experience.
