Was there on Pole Pedal Paddle weekend at 2:30 and poor Owen was there by himself with about 20 orders. The kid rocked it and is going places!! Pay him double today! #jimmyjohns

Good service, with a few seats open during Covid. The place was clean and our sandwiches were out in less than a minute. As to be expected from JJ.

I absolutely love the food but I am not fond of some of the staff at this location. The trip is still worth it. Absolutely love the Jimmy Chips, it would be awesome if they were sold in stores!

They really skimp on avocado.. I’d guess there’s a total of about 1/20 of a small avocado on an entire giant sandwich. Only enough to see a trace of green every once in a while. Otherwise the sandwich is pretty good.

UPDATE: I emailed corporate Jimmy Johns my complaint. Chris owner of this Jimmy Johns contacted me back and apologized for his manager Elijah and offered lunch for my whole office to make up for it. I was very happy to see they made it right and I have changed my rating to reflect that.
My sandwich was suppose to be a double meat Cuban sandwich. It took 45 minutes to get my sandwich and after I received it it only had one thin slice of ham. I called and spoke to Manger Elijah and he said he made my sandwich and there was nothing wrong with it. I told him me and my office order a lot from them and he could lose a lot of business. Elijah said he was ok with that. Will not be returning again!

The man at the counter 8/20 at 5:41 pm was kind and helpful. He even ran after me when I forgot my bag! Didn't catch his name but kudos to the hiring team!!

Never once have I had my sandwich made wrong .even though I live outside the delivery aera they were willing to meet me on the corner of block where the delivery boundary ends. Good staff when I go in and always pleasent .

I recently moved to Bend from Texas and I absolutely love the service and the food at JJ. Their sandwiches actually really look like the ones advertised. I normally order the tuna or number 2 and I haven't been disappointed yet. This is a pretty nice location in a pretty nice area. Love their sandwiches, friendly staff.
