Great experience today picking up my breakfast mobile app order. The young woman (dark long hair with glasses) who delivered our food was polite and professional. Our order was 100% correct. SIDE NOTE: The McDonalds app gave me an bizarre “error” message during the ordering process, but that is not the restaurant employees fault.

This McDonalds usually provides good food without a long wait, however not all McDonalds are worth wasting your time on. I visited the one on the south end of Bend, Oregon today and after being ignored and watching the clowns working there while I waited for someone to take my order I finally left and went down the road to Wendy's where I was promptly servered.

I know McDonalds can be a hit or miss. You can get good ones or bad ones. This one is a hit. The bathrooms are CLEAN. The lobby is clean and presentable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience here even though I go here often. If you are traveling, it’s the Center Street exit just off the freeway. Keep driving straight until you reach State Street. It will be on your LEFT. It’s best to turn at the light near 7/11 and go through the parking lot since there is a center island from Orem Blvd to State Street.
