Dropped in as a tourist looking for a quick bite. Initially was going to try the izakaya next door, but the gas station attendant said that this place had some great stuff. He was right. That beer-cheese sauce was phenomenal, and everything else that we tried was delicious. The only criticism at all was that the pretzel was a little bit dry, but that's why we have beer-cheese sauce, right?

As a traveler, I'm always looking for local flavor. Southside Pub didn't disappoint. Had a beef slider with fries for a lite snack and the local brew draft for the right complement. They have a daily special on food and drink. What impressed me was the great service from the staff, the lively atmosphere, and the warm welcome.

Look... if you're here for a classy joint, with cutting edge food, large selection of brews.... this is NOT the place... but if you want some amazing no fills food, a few options of delicious craft brews, and a bar tender who cares a heck of a lot more about making sure she remembers all the locals named and drinks and treats all the travels with the danger courtesy... this is the place to go. Perfect meal after a crazy day.
