I'm from out of town, and as I'm writing this review I will have just visited Bend for my fourth time; and every time I've stopped in town I've gone here for dinner at least once. The food is amazingly delicious and the service is on point. Our waiter even gave me a special recommendation for tequila marinated skirt stake (a must try!) I also got a horchata–which was awesome as well. All in all this place is one of my favourite restaurants in the area.

Our experience yesterday at La Rosa was fantastic!
We sat in the paito and enjoyed a delicious dinner and a cocktail.
All the servers were very attentive and friendly !

The food is definitely 5 star. The experience has room for improvement; they always try to seat us at the worst table right by the entrance even when it isn't busy at all, you have to remind the staff to bring things like utensils and napkins, and they do things like bring the kids food out well after the adults plates which just detracts form the overall experience. When I think of going to La Rosa its sitting in a booth with my family, that's what we are looking for and when it works out that way, its super fun.

Mexican Restaurant In Bend, Oregon. Our server was very nice and we were able to get seated with a group of seven people relatively fast. They have an amazing Margarita and nice food. Good place to go if you're in the mood for Mexican Food.

The food and service is worth the wait. The cocktails, on the other hand, are watered down. I had to order an extra shot just to taste the tequila, and even then, it wasn't great. Unfortunately, too, because the food was great. It's odd since their bar is obviously stocked well. It just would've been nice to have had a tasty margarita along with the tasty food.
