Our server had intimate knowledge of the menu and how everything was prepared....above and beyond! Quiet, casual but elegant....one of my top 5 dining experiences without a doubt! �
This is an exceptional place to eat. Great service, attractive decor, and the food! Dungeness crab corn dogs and surf 'n turf were both wonderful! I highly recommend Blacksmith when in Bend.

Service was awesome, and professional! Food was amazing! Hesitated to order the crab corn dogs but after trying it I would definitely order again. The filet in the surf and turf melted in my mouth….perfection!
We had a wonderful dinner. The tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly. We had the tills oil cheddar Mac and sheers along with the polenta fries for a starter and they were away. The bacon cheese burger with the truffle fries were delicious. The drinks per prepared and presented perfectly. Our only thing was the mashed potatoes were overly salted, though the consistency was great. We cannot wait to come back to bend and visit again.
One of the BEST steaks I've ever had, incredibly succulent and juicy meat with delicious crispy fries. Some of the best chimichurri I've ever had! I was totally blown away by the quality of the experience. The drinks were a little expensive, but worth it! I'm still thinking about that steak I had a week later! I don't know what miracle ranch this beef comes from but it was in an echelon all it's own, and for a reasonable price! I genuinely couldn't recommend this restaurant enough, the parking was easy, the staff were friendly, and I didn't have to wait long at all for my meal. The bread and vinaigrette were fantastic as well!

We absolutely love this place - great bar, fabulous food, and amazing service. We had their tofu veggie dish, steak, and lasagne and it was all SO good!
We were visiting the Bend area for a family reunion, and the fellas wanted to have a nice steak meal. Blacksmith was able to accommodate our large party of 16 in a private room. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but after 6pm many business parking spots are usable. The receptionist was friendly and guided our group towards the private room.
Our culinary adventure started with the Garlic Truffle Fries, Beet Salad and Poke. All were fantastic, especially the Beet Salad being a surprisingly flavorful selection. After a few drinks, we ordered several entrees including the Tomahawk Steak with Mashed Potatoes. Needless to say we did share it, and it came out cooked to perfection. Our server was extremely friendly and patient as my group was challenging to say the least.
Overall a wonderful fine dining experience awaits at Blacksmith!
Went on a date with my amazing girlfriend and happy best experience of all time. The food came out in a timely manner and the waiters recommendations were on point!

Wow! This was the best night out in Bend overall that we could remember years back. Quickly seated in private corner table of lounge without a reservation. Every single thing from service with Derek, taste and quality of food to ambiance was superb! We had the fresh greens & roasted beet salad to start, house red wine, blacksmith burger and crisp tofu vege stir fry for entrees and yummy fostered bananas split for dessert which we were glad we ate at table as it is not a take home dish. Our waters were constantly full and there was not one thing we would have needed or wanted to make this evening more perfect. We will definitely be excited to return when we visit Bend again.
To share this review, the food and dinner was exceptional! The ambiance is just as the title portrays and is very upscale. When it came to cocktails, the beverage list is extensive and has quite the selection for any individuals tastes. When it comes to food, we simply cannot share how awesome it was. We both got the surf and turf, which was unique in the fact that it is 3 different seafoods, which was absolutely fantastic. The mix of flavor and steak was amazing. To add to it all, our service was stellar. Our waitress was Angie and she was very attentive, transparent, and swift in all actions for the table. We would highly recommend for any individual visiting or living in Bend.

Our waitress (I believe her name was Ivy) was extremely personable and attentive. She was happy to chat while keeping things professional. She made great suggestions and conversation. The steak and fries was delicious. The chimichurri was one of the best I've had. Everyone in my party was thrilled and satisfied.
I also want to add that they may have had one of the best chocolate mousses that I have ever had. It was rich, chocolatey, and so so yummy.
This restaurant holds a special place in my heart.
I went here in November of 2021-- so this review is a bit late (I previously posted it on Yelp but thought I may as well share here too). This was a really great experience. The atmosphere is upscale, but not overly so. It's got a really nice ambiance. It is downtown so the location is great. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely go back again. My boyfriend got the tomahawk steak and he enjoyed it very much. I got the steak and fries and I'd highly recommend that dish as well. As a starter we also got the crab corn dogs (I don't eat sea food, but my boyfriend really liked them!). Dessert was great also. Our server was very kind. This is definitely an awesome restaurant and I can't say enough good things about it! Check it out, for sure. I would go back in a heartbeat if I lived in the area.
Great food and wine selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have our favorite wine, Spottswoode! You can never go wrong with a Spottswoode. The Ossobuco was wonderful and the desserts were amazing. The cookies sound dull but we're the highlight of the desserts that we tried. The drinks were all tasty and well thought out. Highly recommend Blacksmith for a great dining experience.
