Entrees On Trays

We've used them many times over the past few years and we love this service! There have been times when we just didn't have the energy or the time available to cook a nice dinner at home, or to go out to dinner. When either one of us is recovering from any kind of illness, for example, being able to pick up the phone and order dinner from our favorite restaurants and have the food delivered to us at home is such an incredible convenience! The food is always delicious and the delivery people are always very nice. I recommend this delivery service highly!!!

I loved the customer service when placing my order on the phone, I needed a delivery earlier than noon and they accommodated my needs. They delivered on time with everything ordered. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Everyone was pleased. They are very professional. Their prices are very reasonable for the service you receive. I highly recommend Entrees On Trays.

After their online service allowed me to place an order to my address with no issues shown online. They actually called me and told me that they consider my neighborhood to be an unsafe neighborhood for your drivers after dark so they could not delivery my order - even though it is not even dark yet (4:05pm) ...yet in turn they allowed their online service to put a hold on MY MONEY until it releases it back to me in what they say could be up to 48hrs. I seriously hope the company is extremely happy with themselves for considering everyone in this neighborhood a thief and for now ruining my family's dinner for the night and without that money back I have no way to order anything else to feed my son. THAT IS EXTREMELY CRAPPY FOR A COMPANY THAT CLAIMS TO BE IN BUSINESS AS LONG AS THEY CLAIM TO DO. I will be reporting them Better Business Bureau for this.
