Tim Hortons

A great place to get coffee and donuts while being in the downtown location. The inside of the place is really nice looking and is cleaned well. The many windows of the place give a good view of the park and somewhat of the lake. The donuts here are average if not a little above average. I have not had the coffee here, but I did have a strawberry lemonade, it was good but a little watered down. The staff seem friendly, which is always nice. This isn't my first choice to hang out at, but if Big River Scoop is closed or other places are too far away, it is a good option.

I ordered using the drive-through. Reading the menu led me to believe the medium size pumpkin spice latte was $2.99. It showed up as $3.49 on the order screen. I asked about the pricing and was told $2.99 was for a small. The signage seemed confusing. Then I expressed that I had a coupon for a free classic donut and was informed of no known promotions going on, to which I stated that I would produce the coupon at the window. Not sure what to call a validation code, I guess, since I had one from a previous visit which had gone well. Why would the word "medium" be under the $2.99 on the signage at the driveup? The latte was good as was the donut but pricing still confounds me.

We’re up in bemidgi, MN and we had drove past Tim hortons many times wanting to go there. We ordered our food and waited 35 minutes for it. We had to go back numerous times because the order was wrong and the food was cold multiple times. I asked for a fork and I was given a steel fork, what restaurant does that? Apon eating the worst food I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. After giving up on the horrible food, I went to throw it away only to see there was a foot of food coming or of the trash can. After talking to the staff, they didn’t really care. Terribly ran and will never come back.
