If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 5 sandwiches and received 4. Of the 4 I received 2 of them were incorrect. Associate that I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and attempted to downplay his incompetence. “Sir if you were here you would have a better understanding of what happened here tonight.” I’m sorry but you accepted the job as a sandwich maker. If reading a printout and putting the proper ingredients into a sandwich is too much for you under the EXTREME circumstances of multiple people ordering, then life is gonna be extremely difficult for you. This Subway staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. Stick to the Gateway location.

I saw the restaurant was open until 9 pm arrived at 750. Open sign was off restaurant was dark chairs up. I went in on a whim and asked are you still open? Employee stated yes UNFORTUNATELY.I order my food employees mask was down under his nose but I'm required to wear one in the restaurant. Seems pointless to me. Anyways checking out the employee seemed more concerned with his gf sitting at a table obviously waiting on him, he asked if I wanted any cookies or chips but the cookie contraption was empty. I said well I don't think you have any cookies he said oh yes they are back here we are closing ya know I said don't you close at 9? He said yes again as not even 8 pm yet. It was a very rude to say the least.

My husband ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 was okay just had little to no spinach on it but the other one was a mess... asked for mayo got no mayo but somehow banana peppers got added... this is the 2nd time we have ordered from here online and my sandwich gets screwed up. Today when we returned it the worker response was "so you don't want banana peppers" I kindly told them to read the online order and the order will say what I want on it.

The last few times we had subway the bread was doughy and a little soggy. I had the roasted chicken and was told it had to be heated up as it was raw🤦

Went in their to buy 2 gift cards. Waited for 5 mins and was told by both employees that i need to go to another one since they both dont know how to. And both employees kept touching their mask then touching the food when making orders and one had his mask under his mouth very unsanitary!

Protein bowl I ordered tuna. Very disgusting idk if it was out dated or wht but I EAT SUBWAY ALOT AND THAT TUNA LOOKED LIKE CAT FOOD...NBS....NEVER AGAIN.

Well, again they got our order wrong. 5 for 5. We just picked up footlongs supposedly turkey bacon guacamole. It was good exept there
WAS NO GUACAMOLE! IF I ASKED FOR EXTRA GUAC, THEY WOULD CHARGE ME EXTRA. BUT IF THEY LEAVE IT OUT, I DONT HAVE ANY ALTERNATIVE . its too far to go back. So thanks a lot. This is the last you will see of me!!!😛
