Jr Whopper meal purchased 2/15/2022. Burger dry and cold. Bun Semi Stale. Fries semi hot. Drink diet ok.
Disappointed. Always loved their burgers in the past. They need to regroup and get their food back on track.😒

Great place for a quick bite to eat in Belvidere Illinois. It's made substantially better if you download the app for your smartphone. The app delivers you all the current specials that would otherwise require a coupon. And your receipt is emailed to you.

During dinner hours, these guys take 10+ mins per car at the drive thru. Why is it always like this here?

Took my kids to the BK, walked in, stood there for 3 1/2 minutes watching three employees on their phone. No one moved untill my daughter said "dose anybody even work here?". Shes 8.

Arrived 15 mins before they closed to pickup my online order of large fries. The staff saw me coming and closed the window and pretended they didn't see me. They ignored me at the speaker and also the window until I left.

Stopped for lunch and ordered a Whopper Jr. Meal. It was probably the best one I have ever had. Had them hold the mayo, extra pickle and actually had extra pickle! Have not had that experience at other franchises. The fries were amazing too. Staff were friendly and courteous. Good job!

This place is FILTHY! The toilet paper in the woman's bathroom is sitting on top of the holder not even inside the container for the toilet paper could come out, you literally have to pick up the huge roll of toilet paper and manually take off what you need. Men have used the woman's bathroom there's urine all around the toilet, the floors are nasty. The condiment counter is disgusting there's ketchup dirt everything spread all over. The machine pop machine was out of ice it took up to 30 minutes to get it filled with ice the people behind the counter are rude like you are bothering them. And the food is always microwaved even when you ask for it fresh so I do not suggest going here.
