Food was and is always good at this location. Were seated and attended too quickly. Drinks made it there quick bar not busy. Waitress was really nice and attentive for only being one of two there at that time, after lunch but before 3. Retired have found this is a non busy time most places

Food was good but very overpriced. Server did not ask if we wanted a refill and really never came back during the whole meal. This location used to have good customer service but something went wrong. Management doesn't seem to care about their below 4 star rating and I don't plan on going back any time soon. Food good, service not good. Very slow, never check to see if we need drink refill. Ask on the side to get a birthday sundae, waitress comes to the table and says it outloud

My husband and I had a great time chatting with Taylor at the bar, while we waited for our pick up. He had to work later than expected, and instead of being disgruntled that we came in late, Taylor was fun to talk with and and was a great bartender. This is my first time back to Applebee's after 20 years!

Iam here waiting for more than 1 hr still food not served we were there first than other people that got serve first than us. Just for them to tell us we are still waiting on your food. Really bad service.

The wife and I went there the other day for dinner.. And when a beer on tap was not available we were told "go get it yourself if you want it." Then a conversation with the manager we were offered an apology and a free round of drinks. The apology was accepted the free round of drinks were not. We left without ordering any food. We all have the availability to spend our hard earned entertainment dollar anywhere. And we will no longer be spending ours there.

So far the service, food & drinks have been great! I've been here about 3 to 5x in the last few months. Salad bowls are darn good. Friends who ordered other types of food were satisfied 😌
