Carry out order so this is not a reflection on the staff. Portion size however, is awful. $12.49 for 4 tenders the size of boneless wings and a small amount of fries. This was so silly. This is the portion I would imagine a kids meal would come. Not adults full size entree. I can go to the grocery store deli and get triple this for $8.99.

Friendly and attentive staff however the waitress was new, first day and nervous. Didn't seem to be familiar with properly serving food. I.E. not reaching across customers to serve others. Then the food quality was very off course. The Cook did not make dish according to the menu's description. Key ingredients were left out and it was over cooked. When asked to correct, ingredients were presented in separate plates to be incorporated by me. After talking to the manager I received an apology and the dish was remade with the right ingredients. 🥴🙂

I understand that it's mother's day today, and there would be a wait time, but to wait 45 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant seemed a bit much. Then to wait 45 minutes for cold food was extremely frustrating. Especially since the restaurant was still only half full. $60+ for an awful experience. We will not return. Do better IHOP!!

Went to ihop around 11:00-11:10 at night. We sat there for an hour and a half. Waitress came to the table took our drink and orders and never came back. Not even a refill. No sorry for the wait nothing, plus the fact there were kids 6 of them underage obviously and passing a vape around hitting it. After all that and we eventually left 3 groups went with us. Never go here service sucks. We paid for drinks and left.

Usually the people are great - service is friendly & we are taken care of real well. Tonight the experience was rude - unacceptable & I am extremely disappointed. When people overcome health challenges & make an effort to come - & senior management is completely rude - lacks empathy & is unacommodating You don't know how hard it was for us to walk through your door. So instead of accomodating or adjusting something - they have a very insulting attitude & we had to go to a different place - This was anything but acceptable & the worst part of it was the attitude with it. Very disappointed The other manager & the normal waitress give exceptional service. I am really sorry we had this experience - A small accomodation could have made it a great time - instead We left when we really wanted to eat here. Extremely dissappointed
