Dining room not open with no signs, only accepting cards no cash also no signs, drive thru attendant rude and definitely left is with the impression they did Not Want to serve us and looked impaired when we got To The window. They we out of coke tea ketchup. Our order was definitely incorrect we got This gross cheese sauce on classic sandwiches. Do not recommend! praying we don’t get sick because after our service I’m not confident in the cleanliness of the store.

Always slow, but today took the freaking cake. A full 5 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to take my order with only 1 other car. I order a roast turkey sandwich, get back to the office and there’s NOTHING on the sandwich!! No toppings, and 1 tiny chunk of turkey! This is THE WORST managed store I’ve ever seen.

Fresh food courteous and professional service! I had lunch with a coworker and the food was fresh, my food was made to order, my order was correct, and the employees and the manager were very friendly. The staff was also attentive, and the dinning room was very clean to include the soda and condiment area which is impressive due to them usually being messy. Another plus is their sauce is out for you to help yourself and they are not stingy with the sauce or charge you any extra. I must say I have to hand to this Arby’s in particular as management and staff are going it right! Belton appreciates you keep up the good work, best Arbys in Central Texas!!!!!

Today 01/16 we decided to go to Arby's. Drive into the parking lot, not a car in site. We then drive around the building, all the windows are covered in white paper. So, drive up to the drive thru. Took a minute for someone to answer. When placing an order, we are then told their soda machine did not work. Really?? Can't even comment on the food, because the initial service was sketchy. To the owners ..step up or close up! Never have I seen anything like this.

Food and service were poor, they had a big sign saying dining room open, so we went to the door and it was locked. The girl inside hollered go to drive thru. With one car in front of us, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong. Should have just turned around when the girl came on the speaker and said (welcome to Wendy's)
