Pizza Hut

I did an order online and meant to do it for delivery but upon editing the order it reset to pick up and I didn't realize it before submitting which was fine but I didn't want to tip if I was picking it up so I called and asked can I either switch it to delivery or have the tip taken off even jokingly explained if I was going to any other fast food place I wouldn't tip and had a laugh about it. We decided I'd just pick up and pay upon arrival. Well apparently someone thought I was ridiculous and decided to eat a slice of the pizza we ordered. When I called and told the manager I was pretty much brushed off. I told her I thought they should watch the cameras and write up the person who did it because it's definitely against their policies to eat a customer's order. Even if they were upset about the tip it could have been a conversation I'm open to being convinced that it's deserving beyond delivery I just don't understand why I wasn't told anything beyond "wow that's surprising" as the solution to the issue.

I was really dissatisfied when my order arrived after over an hour it was due. In addition, I was notified that by the delivery person that there was a coupon for a free pizza in the bag since my order was late. I was very happy to hear that, but, however, I was not given a free pizza coupon for the inconvenience. After this experience I do not believe I will be ordering pizza anymore from there again.

We ordered a couple items. The pizza we had to pull apart as it was not cut all the way through. I now have slight burns on my hand due to getting it apart. We ordered extra cheese and in my wife and I opinion, that was a normal amount rather than extra. The cheese bread was not cut through as well. The only part of the order that was correct was the pasta. Just disappointed as can be and we order from there often
