Wendy's

This location is very underwhelming. Every few months you see different staff and get your hopes up that something may have changed but it unfortunately has gotten worse. After I ordered a baked potato I was asked "anything else" for my next 12 items, with an ever increasing loss of patience in her voice. I saw the new big bacon cheddar sandwich, thought I'd try it. When I asked if I could sub out the bun I was told to just try a different sandwich. I insisted and once the cashier got approval from a manager (an unnecessary step but perhaps a new employee) she made the change. The cash taker wasn't personable definitely the "anything else" person. She wasn't rude at all either and that's important too. Just straight to the point. The employee who handed my food out was a rockstar. Very nice, quick polite greeting, confirmed the items in my order and had already double drink trayed our three large drinks (my favorite). Fries never make it out of the parking lot with me and I was disappointed mine were a touch above room temperature. The "double" sandwich, well it had one and a half Pattie's. Half the bottom bun clearly didn't have a patty. I was certainly full but that's not okay either. The classic chickens were old. Way too old. When they're fresh I feel like it's the best thing on the menu but when they're old and the chicken edge is hard it's a completely different experience. Nasty. My wife thought the bacon and cheddar baked potato and the chili were delicious even though the chili had no liquid at all. It was a cup of chopped Pattie's and beans. Tasted hot, fresh and good either way. Two stars because the food was cold, incomplete and stale and customer service was almost non existent.

Never really had a bad food experience here. Stopped for the first time to try their breakfast. Went through the drive thru, not speedy, but in thier defense they were making my food when it was ordered. Its not sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long!! I had the egg, sausage and swiss on a croissant. It was pretty good! It came a a side of seasoned potatoes, and those were really good!! Better than the "hashbrowns" at thier competitors. My mom had the honey chicken biscuit sandwich and she really enjoyed it. I recommend giving Wendy's breakfast a try.

A Karen stole my door dash order! 2 items was missing from my order and I called Karen (which is actually her first name) and she states she will go back to get it. She called me back and said it will be 10 mins and that’s the last time I heard from her! First she delivered to the wrong door and didn’t even want to come to my door at first to deliver my food. I expect she stole the items or was too lazy to go back to get the items. Also this Wendy’s lied about me having an order though doordash saying she did not see it on there system when I have the receipt. There’s no care with these people or restaurants that’s why I’m looking forward to self driving cars and delivery drones so it’s nomore of this human error.

The food was fine, the service not so much. I ordered curbside pickup about 20 min before I arrived. After I arrived, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. It would have been faster to go through the drive-thru. I won't be ordering curbside pickup again. It may be awhile before I return to Wendy's at all.
