Palermo's Pizza

Price is a little high but the food is absolutely amazing. Customer service is also really great. I ordered online and accidentally choose carry out rather than delivery. About an hour after I realized my mistake, I called and spoke with a manager who was really understanding and dispatched a driver to bring me my order ASAP. Highly recommend!

I wish I could rate this place a zero. Every time I have ordered the employees are rude or literally don’t know their own menu. In the past almost every order I have had was messed up. If you want sauces, forget it. If you want garlic sauce be prepared to receive queso with your pizza instead. I literally received an enchilada once that had barbecue sauce on it instead of enchilada sauce. That’s how badly they mess up orders. Just tried to call and was very nice and asked about quesadillas and the worker was so dismissive rude that I just calmly said I was going to not order and hung up.

Food is hit and miss. Prices are too high... Especially for the quality. They would be better off getting a truck and sticking to Calzones. That's the one item they do very well. Avoid the Cannoli at all cost. Worst one I've ever had in my life. It tastes like a kit they bought at the grocery store... And then screwed up making anyway.
