Sonic Drive-in

The order is correct, and basically as expected.... but why are you allowing your employees to wear scary masks? The killer style face mask isn’t appropriate for a family friendly location. I have young children and visit Sonic often. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Management needs to grow up and hold employees accountable to the brand image.

This place NEVER get your order correct, BUT make sure they charge you for anything extra that you may want on your burger. I have went to this place three times since relocating to Bellmead and by far, its the last choice on Bellmead Drive! When you add ingredients to your burger such as bacon, they charge you for it, and send out a burger that was already made up WITHOUT the ingredients you've asked for... They also refuse to give you your refund. The lady even brought out two slices of bacon instead of either remaking the burger or giving me my money back. Do not go to this location, and the staff does not look well groomed either!The staff is rude! All except Ms Tammy! Someone needs to clean house.. Immediately! Or shut this location down, the workers doesnt take pride in their job anyway.
