Dunkin'

I hate to do this, especially because the employees earlier in the day have been great,... but at night, I think the sped bus drops them off. No acknowledgement of customers at first, second, third,... tenth glance, they just completely ignore you at the counter, even though you've made eye contact multiple times. They legit just continue what they're doing until enough time has passed that it can't get anymore awkward. Very aggregating. And I understand they're young, and they really don't want to be there, but Good Lord, just say "I'll be with you shortly" or something. I guess they were never taught decent manners. I can go on, but I'll end with them not making the drinks as advertised.

1/8/21 Worst Dunkin' I have ever been at. First, I keep getting ask what my orders was. Second, they gets it wrong anyways. Third, they tell me there are no receipt paper so my receipt can't get print. Edit: Went back to this Dunkin 5/27/21. Service was better; Cashier (Zackery I think his name was) was friendly and my order had no mistakes. Good service overall. You will have to be lucky to get the employees that care about the customer to take your order.

Just now left this spot. Ordered drinks and 2 BOSTON CREAM Donuts. I received 2 glazed Donuts. The lady at the drive through was talking to friends while attempting to take my order at the same time. I feel that she was putting in minimal effort and care into her job. Had she paid attention I would have 2 Boston creams and her dunkin would have 5 stars 🌟 ✨ 🙄 😒 😂

The team in the store is excellent. They move things around quickly and taking care of their customers. I took one star off because the app is painful. I had problem adding new cards, reload $$, so I had to step in the store and had them loaf my card. It added more time on my commute because of this.

This location has had many problems lately, though they used to be good! Most recently they took my order at the drive thru speaker, couldn’t remember it by the time I got to the window where I had to repeat it. Then gave me attitude about the way my husband takes his coffee and made my coffee incorrectly. I have them 2 stars because they have been better in the past, but if this is the new norm it should be lowered to a 1 Star!
