Outback Steakhouse

We came in on a Thurs night and got seated pretty quickly. Our server Brianna was very courteous, cheerful and hospitable. We started off with the Boomerita, which is a margarita sampler. Definitely recommend the mango and blackberry margaritas! For entrees my wife had the filet mignon, which had freat flavor and a perfect medium rare. I had the 16 oz prime rib steak, and it was honestly too big to cut on the plate (without sliding off the Aussie fries), so I needed a separate plate just for that! But was not too happy with my steak as I began cutting to find the silver skin was not trimmed off already. This sort of downed my appetite a bit to be frank. The taste was just ok as it had been over-cooked past medium-rare that I had ordered. I decided to just take most of it to go so I could re-cook it into fajitas at home. The Chocolate down under dessert was delicious! A must-have to end the night. Besides my prime rib steak, the rest of the night was great.

My partner and I went here today and had the best experience. We both don't love chain restaurants, but between the incredible service, the friendly guests, and the great food/drinks, it made us almost forget that we were even at one! Chan was our waiter, and he went above and beyond every single step. From keeping our drinks filled, to bringing more bread, to making us laugh & making us feel welcome- he was a total gem. Both my partner and I have worked as servers and know how stressful it can be. Chan made us feel like we were guests dining at his house with how caring he was. The blooming onion was great as per usual, the entrees were amazing too, and the bartender even substituted ingredients for me in a drink so it could be made non-alcoholic. We will be coming back for many reasons 💖

This place consistently messes up. We’ve ordered twice for delivery and they mess up. I asked for a gluten free set up, which they forgot the first time and the second time, the carrots were cooked. My broccoli was brown and they gave my boyfriend sour cream, which he specifically said he didn’t want. They’re just careless. They consistently cook my steak incorrectly. Won’t be dining here ever again. Go to longhorn in Franklin, the food is better.

My husband and I came in for lunch, the restaraunt was clean and the staff super pleasant and in a good mood. We had Pedro for our server, he was wonderful and stopped at the table countless times to make sure we had a nice experience. The manager Cassidy came by and as usual she was all smiles and made sure to ask if we were enjoying our date, this is becoming our new favorite spot. Can't beat the awesome drinks, perfectly cooked steak and nice people.

I take my brother here about once a month and he loves it! My brother is on the autism spectrum and the staff are great with him .. a big shoutout to our waiter Chen. He was extremely kind and outgoing towards not only my family but my brother as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! Plus we got are food in under 25 mins of just arriving.
