Burger was hot and so was the onion rings.🤤 my fries were cold/warm heat, root beer float was good too. the lady in the window wasn’t that great at being friendly though. 🫥 so decent.

Was actually impressed with the burger and fries I had! And the root beer is the best I've ever had! When I was there, they were under staffed and the soda machine wasn't working, people were being rude to the staff. I work retail, don't be rude to the employees for stuff that isn't their fault.

The lady handing you your food has like 6 inch long nails. Talk about an appetite ruiner. Have some personal hygiene when handling people's food. Absolutely disgusting

I had to wait longer than normal amount of time. I took the food home and the fries were old. The rule on food if you won't eat it don't sell it. I have been eating KFC/a&w my whole life. The food at the bellingham,WA. Store is declining. Do better!!!-

Food took to long to cook. The French fries were cold , burnt, not the way it use to be. So sad. We enjoyed the fries you used that what cooked not very long (<maybe>) different fries you used something. Your cod basket had cod in the plain on the bottom and the fries covered the cod; you could of least put it in it's own box like you do with all fish.* It's cleaner the cod does not looks like the picure you have on your board. False!. I gave you a 2. I'm sorry, ⁰⁰ it's all my husband says that was all the 2 out of 3 was not acceptable wants a free real and meal that shows on your billboard. I have to I am not happy either.

Painfully slow! Wrong food given on more than one occasion. Ask for extra honey, no butter and you get a couple of each. Last time I went there was a 45 minute wait and I received THE WRONG FOOD. When you work at a chicken restaurant you should know the difference between a thigh and a breast!

Their exact words were we are all out of hamburgers and hot dogs. And we only have white meat chicken in we have no ice cream and then someone in the background a saying well we could make hamburgers to order. It was still 50 minutes before closing. It is obvious they did not want my business
