The steak night special on Wednesday can't be topped. Delicious, good sized portion, steak butter!!, perfectly cooked, loaded baked potato and a salad....the servers are the sweetest (the ambiance/decor is pretty lame...but who cares with that delicious food and great price!!)

Where everybody knows your name!. What a fun, comfortable and friendly place! I eat here often and it is a family favorite go to place for Family Birthday dinners. Eating in the bar is fun, big screen plasmas offer sports fun, the wait staff gals are super friendly and remember your name and drink. Bar specials are great no matter what day you go and super affordable. The regular dinner menu always offers a full range to satisfy everyone at the table and frequently offers fresh fish right off the boat ( thank you pistachio halibut). Also did I mention a soup and salad bar???? Really, one of my favorite ways to start a meal and hard to find. I have had a great meal everytime I have come and the owner Steve and Shannon are always around and love to chat. If you have not checked this place out, do it, you will not be disappointed.
Great Neighborhood Restaurant. Tried the Northside on a friends recommendation. Prime rib was tender and juicy as advertised! Salad bar was fresh and service was good. Good value! will bring the family next time.
Good food, reasonable prices. I had the opportunity to try Northside Restaurant for the first time this evening. The menu is simple and the prices are reasonable. I tried a twelve ounce prime rib, it was favor-full and only $15.95. It may not be the best prime rib I have ever had, but it was good and I would come back and try it again. Two in my party tried the Captain's plate and Prime rib sandwich, both were good and priced right. Northside is worth a return trip, next time to try the $7.95 soup and salad bar.
Great food! Had the seafood sampler and the house marinated steak. What a great little friendly place to eat. Great service. Fast and the salad bar is a definite plus!! You should try this place out!

I had the Northside Broil. Well done, good piece of steak. It came with a sauce that was tasty but a touch sweet. Next time, I might ask to skip it (personal preference: not fan of sweet). A small but nice salad bar with entrees. The mushroom soup was delicious - thick with lots of mushrooms.
There's a happy hour from 3-4 in the bar (odd hours!).
Enjoyed a very good meal tonight. I had the 12 oz. Ribeye that was cooked perfectly. A loaded very hot baked potato. Meals come with the salad and soup bar. Service was great!!
These guys do a honest meal at a honest price.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! We second guessed the place because it looks a bit dated, but OH MAN their food is GREAT! Every single person we encountered was friendly and nice, and our waitress was great. We ordered the prime rib (husband said it was the best prime rib he has ever had) and I ordered the sirloin (ordered medium and it was cooked perfectly) For dessert we had the "famous mud pie" and we couldn't agree more with it's name.
We came for the prime rib for my husband. It was pretty decent. We like that all entrees come with soup and salad bar, so there is no waiting for food...start eating right after you order, which is nice. The sourdough rolls were amazing. It seemed a little spendy (but it's a nice meal, so the price is probably par for the course). Think $18-$30 plates. We will be back.
Good steaks and prime rib and an awesome salad bar. Not too busy just an old school steakhouse. Specials during the week and happy hour 3-4 where you can get a 6oz prime rib sandwich for $10 and throw in the salad/clam chowder for $4.
