Wendy's

I went to Taco Time across the street instead. I wanted a double stack, but when I got close to the Wendy's I remembered all of the bad experiences with order accuracy and downright hostile staff and then I saw the Taco Time and decided I didn't want an attitude problem with my fast food. That turned out to be a great decision. The kid taking orders was polite. The kid taking payments was polite. It was like I was in a whole different universe. The food was good, too. Problem solved!

I walk into this Wendy’s and I usually love me some Wendy’s but as a renter the building there is nobody in sight and then the worker said a word that im not going to repeat but the word is known as the S word and then talks 10-15 mins to even get anyone to take our order and once we get our order I go to get my drink and sitting in the lobby is one of the Wendy’s workers eating some Wendy’s and then we finally get our food and I got some baconator fries and the CHEESE IS NOT MELTED All the way

In the bast the spicy chicken sandwich was so good. Thick piece of chicken very moist and tasty. 3 times in the past 6 weeks the chicken has been very thin, dry and not much flavor. I remember this past summer the chicken sandwich was the best selling sandwich. Now if this keeps up it wont sell at all. Today on March 9, 2022 the chicken sandwich was soggy not crispy. They put ketchup on the sandwich which is wrong. Only mayo is supposed to come on the sandwich. One good thing. Their fries are the bomb.

I ordered an hour before closing time (23:30) through UberEats. After waiting for 90 minutes my uber driver told me that Wendy’s didn’t get the order. I got a partial refund from Uber. This has never before happened to me or anyone I know, the order was done entirely through the system by uber, and the order should have been received because I was charged for it and had the receipt and everything else. If I had ordered 15 minutes before closing time, I would understand if they claim they “didnt” get the order, but i ordered a full hour before. I usually order from another restaurant and wanted to try Wendy’s with my friend. Never again.
