Been here a couple times & the service is some of the best in Bham always friendly & happy to help.
I came in tonight & the young man was helping a family with 2 kids. I came in alone & was in no rush so was fine scrolling my phone as I waited. Wasn’t expecting to get helped till he rung them up but as soon as he had a chance he came over @ asked what he could get started for me! He started it by cutting the bread, adding meat & cheese & proceeded to finish up the families order. When he was finished he promptly came back to finish & was very professional.
Turned out beautiful!! I’m actually glad Pizza Hut dining room was closed at 8:30 pm now. This sandwich was much better for me in the long run anyway & this young gentleman was ready to work. Good to see. Good energy & that’s what really matters to me when someone else is handling my food. Food poisoning isn’t just from unsanitary conditions of the store it’s from unhealthy & unsafe energy too! Y’all be safe out there.

Best customer service ❤️ My order had been messed up with door dash. Not only did the employee make it right by fixing my sandwich but they also sent me cookies too. They were very kind and professional! I’ll be making the extra 10 minute drive to this location from now on

Grateful for the sandwich option but very sad that none of the subways honor the coupons they put out in the mail, tried to use the get 3 foot longs for $17.99 and was told and shown a sign that coupons are not accepted.

My husband goes out of his way to go to this specific subway. The staff and ownership are personable and kind. They take their time making the sandwiches just right. It’s a well run establishment and it keeps him coming back multiple times a week. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it!

Worse service ever the customers gave us more bread than meat and veggies and there tables where full off ants crawling all over never going there again!👎🏼

not to be the person who writes a google review for a subway but i went to this location today and it was super busy with one person working. the line was long and people came in one after the other, on top of the employee having to complete mobile orders all by himself. he did it all and didn’t make me feel rushed and had a good attitude. love him

I love going to this Subway in particular all the employees are kind and most of them know how I like my sub off the top of there heads. Plus I get free Cookies all the time. You should swing by and get lunch.
