Domino's Pizza

Why is it that every time i order pizza from you guys the quality is always vastly different, sometimes i get an amazing pizza. but other times like tonight its nothing but disappointment. i ordered 2 large black olive pizzas and what i got was something drowned in sauce and completely missing garlic. i don't plan on ever ordering from your restaurant again in the future. what a waste of 32 dollars.

Easy to order using app. I received an order update on my phone saying my pizza was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at store 8 minutes after receiving notification, I was told it would be another 6 minutes before it would be ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Unacceptable that in total once the notification went out that it would take another 15 minutes before my pizza was ready.

Was called by Dominos after placing my order online, they called to let me know it would over an hour for my delivery due to a driver situation. I have no issue with that. The person apologized and when I said just cancel the order apologized again and hung up! I called back since I didn't receive a confirmation that my credit card wouldn't be charged and asked for a manager. I could hear the background the manager and the employee admitting he didn't void my order. They never bothered to get on the phone, kept waiting. NOTHING!!! Called back after hanging up, could BARELY understand what he said and he put me on hold again. Done with Dominos, this location in Bellingham, MA. Rude rude rude!

I don't think I ever received food here whether it was a pizza or a sandwich and it wasn't burnt. 8 out of 10 times its cold and late. One thing I don't understand is you would think a company that's been making pizza as long as they have would actually know how. My guess is the franchise has it written down but the individual stores make it the way they want. This particular store stops almost 2 inches from the edge when laying down the cheese so you end up with a dead zone. Not pizza and not crust more like bread. Try Papa Gino's cinnamon sticks Dominoes doesn't come close even the dipping sweet sauce is a lot better at Papa's. Your probably saying so go to Papa's well I would and I do but they close early and it's Domino's or share kibble with Frances. Frances the dog loves Domino's because she knows there will always be enough uneaten and she's not so discriminating when it comes to food.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a Caesar salad onthe app. Got a call saying they were out of Caesar (silly issue #1, but not a huge deal) and asking if garden was ok. I asked to take the salad off the order instead, and apparently that’s not possible (silly issue #2). The employee said I had to give him my card number over the phone and create a new order and void the last one (silly #3). I didn’t have the card on me (it’s saved in the app) so I decided to just cancel the whole order and save myself anymore headache. I didn’t realize in doing so I lost the free pizza I’d earned and redeemed in that order (extremely silly #4). So I called back and asked if I could reinstate the order so I didn’t lose the free pizza and I was told to reorder on the app because he couldn’t do it over the phone... but the free pizza is gone on the app (extremely silly #5). Sigh. It’s my birthday. I just wanted pizza. Not a big confusing mess. Papa Ginos it is I guess.

We live less than 10mins away from dominos and it took over an hour for one large pizza to get delivered. And the pizza was very small compared to other large pizzas at other shops. On top of that the pizza was folded up and stacked inside of the box. Worst experience, hands down. Never ordering from there again
