Chipotle is always good. But I do feel that over time things have gotten a little worse at chipotle. Maybe it’s just being nostalgic. In particular what I’ve been annoyed with is the inconsistency with burrito size. Most recent trip two burritos were wildly different sizes.

Do not shop at this location. The rice was unseasoned, the fajitas weren't cooked, and there were no chips or corn salsa, this location NEVER has chips by dinnertime. The employees also don't know how to roll the burritos, they came apart in the wrapper and leaked all over the bag on the drive home. Thankfully we used to work for chipotle and were able to reroll it when we got home. This is severely below standard and we will not be returning to this location again. The store is also FILTHY, it looks like they don't clean the floors at all. All of the garbage cans were so full you couldn't cram another napkin in.

Although the place had only one couple for customers and the 4 or 5 employees were standing around, after we got our bowls of food, there was not a single clean table to sit at. No employee snapped to and said, “I’ll clean a table for you.” We left. Now I know that management didn’t train these kids correctly and I will assume that the food preparation area was equally as filthy. Wasn’t this Chipotle the restaurant that got shut down by the health department a few years ago? I guess management didn’t learn or doesn’t care. I can’t return.

Wish we could get a better Chipotle here in Bellingham, as I’ve been to several around the country and this one is the worst. They’re frequently out of staple items like chicken or sofritas, the dining area is often dirty, and the food is hit or miss, depending I suppose on who made it. A few weeks ago I ordered a burrito for pickup and showed up at the designated time. It took a few extra minutes- no problem there- but when I took my first bite a minute or two later, the rice was cold and the cheese was unmelted. I’ve had mediocre experiences at this location before but keep coming back because it’s very close to where I work and being able to order pickup after a long day is great, plus I really enjoy the sofritas which is a Chipotle-exclusive ingredient. That was the last time though. Basically the only things you need to ensure when making a burrito are that the food is inside of the tortilla and it’s hot. Going to give my money to nearby New Mexico Tamale Company from now on instead.

Not sure why there's reviews of complaints of being asked to put a mask on when there's a sign on both doors stating it's REQUIRED. No need to use a fast food employee as a platform for your political statement. Also any complaints about portions are completely unwarrented AS YOU ARE WATCHING THEM MAKE IT STEP BY STEP AND ARE COMPLETELY IN CONTROL OF WHAT GOES IN YOUR MEAL. It's not their fault you lack the social skills to speak up and ask for more because 99.9% of the time you'll get it! Finally, you may have to wait in line for a little bit because it's litterally the most popular fast food restaurant in bellingham. They strive to reach productivity goals but there's only so many people they can serve in a orderly fashion.

Food was great as always but they had no one cleaning the tables and when I asked them to clean them they did a very lousy job leaving food still on the tables

Ordered through mobile app. Received no utensils or napkins. Instead of the black tea I ordered, I got lemonade. The person preparing order did not drain before putting in the bowl so the bag was soaked.

Food was pretty fast! Just a nice quick and easy meal. It has an exterior entrance so even though the mall is closed you can still access it!
Portion is fairly large which is good!
