very poor pizza, every time. Usually the hut is pretty good. Never at this location for some reason. Last time I picked up, had a missing item and i did not realize at the time of pick up and course i called and they could not refund my card, they could take my money they just couldn't give me any back for their mistake. I do have credit though.

I went to the bellevue pizza hut the other night for a carry out and the lady with her hair in a bun was slurring her words and almost was falling asleep behind the counter, very unprofessional in my opinion I’m never going to the hut again! I will travel 15 minutes to the Green Bay location.

Ordered curbside pickup. Called when arrived as directed. Waited 10 min. Called again. Got commercial on phone. No one answered. Went in to store. Pizza sitting in warming area. No one asked to assist me for over 5 min. Explained that no one ever brought my pizzas out. Asked how long pizzas had been done. "Just came out" was reply even though they were out before I came in. Pizzas were lukewarm at best when arrived home. VERY POOR SERVICE. Will never wait for curbside pickup again. Pathetic.

I normally don't respond to reviews. But I was blown away by the customer service when I went and picked up my order. Wne I got the food home it was fresh and hot. Everything looked just great. And tasted even better. I really recommend stopping in for fresh hot food and great customer service.

The store on lime kiln ave was run pretty well considering they were busy. I waited for awhile. The manager gave me two sides of dipping sauce for free.
