Jade Palace

So, I know this place through door dash. I ordered some food from jade palace, the chicken fried rice was really nice large chunks un chicken in the fried rice, with a nice portion of food. It took door dash 10 minutes from the time I ordered the food. Great service by both Jade Palace and the Door Dash driver.

1hr before close, served old food. This was my first experience. It's a shame because when I saw the food it was clear that it's GOOD quality chicken, and Ragoon. But as a began eating I realised my chicken was very chewy, along with my crab ragoon being very chewy. The General Tso tasted heavily like Salt and Soy sauce, it was a also very watery. The fried rice I asked for was instead sticky white rice, very sticky. Overall I feel like this place has really good food compared to others, but I'm afraid to give it another try later at night again. I'm very much not picky, but I couldn't eat much of what I was given. So I don't wanna be a fool by giving more money, and recieving more overdue food. The service was polite and very quick. Perhaps if they were to reach out and make things right, I would give it another shot. As I said before, if the food was fresh, or even not highly over due, the food seems like it would have been higher quality than what you would normally find.

I was ordering Honey Walnut chicken with high cost. You gave me wrong order which is not right. I believe that is Kung Pao which is more cheaper than honey Walnut chicken. I paid more. That is not first time. I am not happy with that. I don’t think I will order there again. That is really shame!! Thank you!
