We had the watermelon slush, Thai iced tea and waffle. The sweetness was perfect on the watermelon and Thai iced tea for me, but my wife prefers sweeter. The waffle was too thin, crumbly and not much.
We ended date night here since they are open late. It's a welcoming environment that was busy with a younger crowd than us. They have a bunch of board games which some other patrons were having fun playing.
I'd definitely come back again and next time with my kids.

We arrived around 8:30pm, just a half hour before it closed. We were going to order two pancakes, the most recommended durian pancake and mango pancake, it turned out to be one pancake with two flavors because it was only enough to make one. The pancake tasted very good

Vancouver like quality in the heart of Bellevue. Love HK style desserts? This is it. I wish they expand their menus a bit more and prepared the food a bit faster (mango pancakes took 40 mins, though they've warned us it's gonna take 20+). But still worth the wait!

Nice little cafe by the street. It has less guests than I expected. Mainly went for their egg pancake? Hope they can have more varieties because itself is a little bit boring.
Milk tea with boba was okay, which is better than the majority already lol.

Really good place for people to relax with friends, most items are 4$ or less, including boba and egg waffles. Everything is made fresh, and there are boardgames and card games to play while you wait. Some items may take a while to get though, because they are made right after you order.

This is a quaint little cafe in downtown Bellevue. Note that they do validate parking for an hour or two if you spend $10 there. They do have a 5-6 board games and 5-6 tables to sit and enjoy your experience. The view is that of one of the streets - not too bad :) the food itself was mediocre. The bubble waffle was decent but a bit soggy. The milk tea was so-so and the options are quite limited. Overall, the ambience wins over the food. I probably would try other bubble tea places in town instead of coming back here.

They have the best Mango pomelo sago in Seattle! Durian pancake was not ready and we had no time to wait, will definitely visit again!

I got the mango milk tea with tapioca, the jasmin touch is nice, but the mango flavor wasn’t there at all. Overall the bubble tea was alright though.
Tip: Get 20% off for checking in with yelp!
Conveniently located downtown Bellevue, but if you need to drive and want to stay for more then 30min you’ll have to find street parking which might be hard.
They also stay open late which is a plus, having said that there is a lot of competition in the bubble tea space around :)
