This place is terrible. They are always closed. The lights are always on and there pumps are the worst. Dont go here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I believe the owner must be in foreclosure. It's never open anymore since he had new tanks put in. I wonder how long b4 someone else gets it up and running. It's our local store and we miss it.

One of the cashiers here is very confused by the lotteries. I told him I wanted 2 Mega and 1 Lotto and he asked me how much I want on each. I told him I wanted 2 Mega tickets and 1 Lotto ticket. I answered the question earnestly and tried to pretend as if I hadn't already specified the quantities. He got very flummoxed and annoyed for some reason. He asked again, how many do you want of each? and I replied again, 2 Mega and 1 Lotto. And then he rolled his eyes as if I didn't understand the question. I've been buying lottery tickets for 40 years and I've never been asked that question before. I had already specified the amount of each tickets. I don't know if he was asking about the multiplier and he couldn't remember the word; I'm not sure. In the end, he printed 2 Mega and 1 Lotto and charged me $5, which was correct. But he still was very angry that I didn't understand his question. I don't know if a Washington state lottery representative could come out and train this man on how to print and sell lottery tickets, but that could help. I've been coming to this 7-11 since the early 1990's and I think they recently changed ownership because the cashiers that used to work here are all gone. They were well trained.

Quite literally the worst 7-11 I've ever experienced. Every single day they choose a completely random time to be "temporarily closed". On Saturday I went there at 1:50 in the afternoon and they were closed. It's just a handwritten note on the door, seems like the employees just don't want to work. Today, they closed early because their "systems were down". If it weren't the closest store to my house, I'd likely never step foot in there.

the store was chained shut at 7:20 a.m. even though there was a sign on the door saying they're open from 6:00 a.m. everyday

Don't bring winning lotto tickets here. I handed the employee working there a $3 winning ticket, $5, and a filled out Lotto slip that would cost $5 all at the same time. He hands me $2 back, and I'm confused, thinking I should have got back $3. But then he proceeds to tell me I owe for the filled out Lotto slip. I tell him I gave him $5 for the filled out Lotto slip and a $3 winning ticket which means I should get $3 back. He starts acting like I didn't give him any money, and says I still owe $2. Rather than make a scene and possibly involve the police, I pay another $2 meaning I paid a full $5, basically getting nothing for my $3 winner.
