This was once a pretty good location. Quick service, good food. In the past year or so it has dramatically fallen off. The food is fine, normal Jimmy John's fare, but the delivery has gone from good to abysmal. Delivery used to take between 10-30 minutes at most, but is now often well over an hour, sometimes as much as two hours. Sometimes orders just don't get made because the store has decided to close.

We just had a lunch for 50 catered by these guys. We are a construction company at the Microsoft Refresh. We start our day at 6am. Our lunch is at 10am. Tina and her crew started their day early in order to provide us all with box lunches. Their delivery was the perfect amount of early so we could set up the food and drinks for the crew. Big props to Tina and her team!

My reward is "a side of guac"? I used to earn free sandwiches. Or at least a bag of chips... I realize this is not the fault of the branch. But this is still kinda lame. A side of guac... wow. Really pulling out all the stops with that one.

One of the best JJ in the Seattle area. Fresh, Clean, Fast, Friendly Service! Food is so good and reasonably priced. Definitely get your subs here, they do wraps and salads as well.
Great for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, meat lovers! Free parking! Great location, easily accessible!

The worst managed Jimmy John's anywhere. Constantly closing when they run out of bread (what kind of sandwich shop runs out of bread at 2pm when they are supposed to be open until 6pm?) or any other reason. 5 times now, including today, I ordered online well before their closing time, only to have them call me back and say they decided to close early. 2 of the last 5 orders have been incorrect. Done with this location. Will drive the extra miles to hit up another store or go to a competitor.

The worst customer service ever!! Honestly this place employs the roughest individuals and I will honestly never be back. And they are already struggling since they are not even open in a weekend.

Edit: They've expanded their hours to be till 6PM on weekdays and 3PM on weekends, which works for me.
Been here a few times. My only real complaint is they close when I go to lunch (3PM). So I only really eat here on my days off. Hopefully they can increase their hours sooner than later.
That aside my experience here has been all good. The employees are nice and they always make my sandwiches just as I want.
