Worst experience ever. One cashier charged for the wrong amount. I tapped my card without noticing it. The other cashier came directly and shouted ‘ YOU OWN ME MONEY’ without explaining anything. SUPER RUDE! Try to avoid this store if you don’t want to ruin your day!

The staff is nice. The place isnt always the cleanest but I see the staff doing their best to keep it clean whenever I'm there. The service is always fast too

Arrived at 9am only to find all the doors locked. Staff were inside snacking on burgers, they saw me, they didn’t care. No signs indicating the place was closed. Zero. I can only suspect they locked the doors so they didn’t have to serve clients. Pretty bad form.
This was at their Bellevue branch.

Worst experience - opening time until 1am, at 11.15pm two guys sitting inside on their phones, looking bored, no interest to move out of their chairs. Through the windows we asked if we can go through drive-through, the answer has been - you need a car!? What else to say.

This review is for the Wendy's in downtown Bellevue on Bellevue Way. This Wendy's has been here for a long time and is a pretty good one. I like Wendy's the best among fast food because the food is always hot and fresh and taste great. The only negative factor here is the parking. The parking lot was changed a few years ago and incorporates Wendy's parking and paid parking stalls for other businesses next door, so make sure you only Park in the spot that says Wendy's and not a numbered spot. Best to approach this restaurant northbound on Bellevue Way as southbound trying to make a left turn will be hard with the traffic.
