Now I’m not saying I expect a picture perfect Crunchwrap. People are out here just doing their job at a Taco Bell. But every time I order one, probably like 8 times now, I get literally a chip wrapped in tortilla with a small pinch of lettuce and an accidental sneeze of meat and cheese. I keep ordering this in hopes of one day reaching my fantastical dream of having an actual edible food item, but alas after this many failed attempts I may have to put this quest away for good. I wish luck to anyone who dares attempt to pull a Crunchwrap Excalibur from this stone of a Taco Bell. Abandon all hope ye who order here.

There's almost no better words in the world to hear, other than: CHILI CHEESE BURRITO! Yes, this 🌮🔔 is one of a small select few that still serve this classic burrito that was discontinued at almost all locations Nationwide. It brings back those 90's vibes and yum! 😋

5 stars because I LOVE when I get meat in every single one of my vegetarian food items :) I got 2 five dollar boxes and selected no meat for all of the items, but they decided to give me a nice surprise ! it was fantastic. Couldn't eat any of the burritos !! Also, they decided to spare me of sour cream in the fiesta potatoes. Kinda wacky considering it's only 3 ingredients, so I'm not really sure how you leave out the sour cream, but it was great ! Thank you guys for wasting my money <3

What a great drive thru experience. Guy kept adding stuff to my order that I never mentioned. Got attitude when I tried to correct him. Gave me the wrong amount of change tho it was just a few coins. Shorted us on our order on the most expensive thing I paid for. Live too far away to go back this evening. Hire some people who know how to do their job!

The customer service here is absolutely terrible, this girl through the drive-through just started ignoring me when I was asking her a question so when I drove around to the pick up window she was hiding around the corner!!! They had a DoorDash pick up under my name ready to go and already bagged and she wouldn’t give it to me through the drive-through, I just simply asked her why since it was already ready and she literally turned off her mic LOL. I guess you can’t expect good service from a fast food place🤣

Im not one to really leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed in the lack of meat in my what tasted like a lettuce chalupa.. besides only having approximately 4 little chunks of chicken in side. Won't come to this location for the price and what you get not worth it. Sorry taco bell think I'll take my chances with McDonald's getting my order right at least there I know what to expect. I have pictures I just dont see where to attach them to this review

Hey if you guys only have two people in store and theyre prioritizing the drive thru over all others, maybe it would make more sense to close the lobby. Unnecessary stress to your employees from endless angry customers waiting 30 minutes for some tacos...
