Great sandwiches and service as you'd expect from JJ's. I stopped by on a Friday lunchtime and found the location not overly busy. With so many corporations having closed their downtown offices, this isn't too surprising. The online order system wasn't working at the time, but with no line to wait in, not a major concern. They made the sandwich in a minute flat and I was on my way back to the office in a jiffy!

I’m in this store’s delivery area. Often times they simply do not offer delivery. There is another store two blocks away that I could order from but the website/app does not let me do it because I am assigned to this unreliable store. Store is at fault for unreliable service and corporate is at fault for not letting folks order from other stores if the one they’re assigned to does not deliver that day.

I ordered over an hour ago when the delivery time was listed as 18 minutes. I still haven't received my order, but the order is marked as completed.

I've never ordered delivery, but in-store this location really lives up to Jimmy John's "Freaky Fast" motto. You can literally pay and sometimes walk to the pick-up area and your sandwich is ready. They'd totally get 5 stars if they were a bit less expensive or at least gave the hot peppers add-on for free.

Very fast delivery, which is expected from Jimmy John's. Recently placed an online order and made a mistake. The staff quickly answered the phone and was able to correct for me.

Apparently this is the only store that delivers in downtown Bellevue, but the problem is that they are closed on weekends. Rather than, you know, delivering from the other two stores that are open (one of them 2 blocks closer to me even), Jimmy Johns just doesn't deliver at all. How does a company that focuses on delivery not have such a simple concept like sharing delivery zones if one store closes? Or even just make the store that's open all of the time the primary delivery store? I used to eat Jimmy Johns probably too much, luckily there's a Subway half a block away.

I APPRECIATE YOUR HELPFUL STAFF! I was trying to fit in Christmas shopping as well as eating into my lunch break. I put in an order online but didn’t pay enough attention to which location (I’m new to the Bellevue area) & the gentleman working the front was more than helpful. I tried to be nice and hide my rush attitude but I knew they could tell. I didn’t get his name but the African American gentleman quickly took my order & i was in & out within 5 min! Thank you guys for acknowledging i was trying to hurry! I appreciate the effort! Next time i’ll place my order for the correct location!😂
