TL;DR: they were out of several items midday on a Sunday. Parking: street side or garage. Atmosphere: feels like a Chipotle but for poke. Menu: posted on the back wall, pretty straightforward. Service: go and start your order on the left and work your way down to the register, pay, seat yourself, bus your own table. #4 Yuzu Ponzu Salmon: salmon was good but pieces were on the small side and there wasn't very much of it. Nothing really wowed me about the bowl to be honest. They were out of green onions. Miso Soup: not too flavorful, missing the green onions and tofu was sparse. They have a miso soup dispenser that dispenses the broth and all they do is add seasoned and tofu into it. But they were out of seaweed and green onions. Coco Mango Haupia: it was out when I was there. Apparently it's only made once a week or so by an outside vendor and when it's gone, it's gone. It's not made in house so it's not guaranteed that you get a fresh one made that day. Drink fountain is closed but their flavored teas are open. I recommend 3/4 lemonade with 1/4 hibiscus tea.

I went there for a work order of over 10 entries, I forgot to call ahead for the order, but their was an employee there named James that went above and beyond to service my entire team, and got our order done on time. He got the order the done FAST!!! And on top of that, the Serrano aioli was fire in glad he recommended it!! Amazing work! I’ll be back soon!!

Ordered a large bowl and a miso soup from here. The bowl has no sauce and the miso soup tastes like water.

On my first experience there, the people were friendly and we conversed about the new Batman movie. I asked them to make me anything and I ended up getting something so good I had to give them a good review! A place I'll definitely be coming back to.

This will be my first and last time at this location. I came by to have late lunch with my boyfriend and the entire experience was “eh”. My spicy tuna was not spicy, just super saucy tuna. Portions were small. What mostly triggered me deciding I don’t want to come back was the fact a young male worker w/ short black hair came from the back, coughed into his forearm/hand, and then made a to-go order. He didn’t wash his hands or use gloves.. nothing. I was disgusted. As we ate our food, he proceeded to put the to-go bag on the shelf and then coughed (again) on it and then went to the bathroom. I hate writing negative reviews and usually don’t but I could not let this pass. Just Poke is a block over and is way more sanitary and flavorful.

Went there and got the Umami Ahi in a wrap with no modifiers. Service was fast but they didn't have my online order ready to go after ordering 15 minutes prior. The tuna was horrible tasting. Like it was old and left out. Honestly couldn't even finish the wrap it was so bad. The rice tasted like it was cooked with the fish...not good at all. Not sure if it was just my order or what but I wont be back.

Love the omnipork spam Musubi, but the Musubi and poke bowl were suuuper rice heavy. I could only find two slivers of kale and a teaspoon of seaweed salad in my bowl. I didn’t even order fish, only tofu, so I am a cheap date. At least give me a decent portion of veggies.
