Service was terrible. First hint was when they sent us to the bar to order. Waitress was confused why yet he grumpy staff was sending over to her. Then watched others walk back to the cooking area, look around, and then walk out. Waited 30 minutes watching others in the same predicament. Only received one of my pizzas which was cold because they wouldn’t respond to my asking if it was mine. Manager was less than helpful. Asked me what I expected her to do. Avoid if they are busy because they have no clue how to handle any more than two orders.

One of the worst pizza I ever had: Spicy Veggie. We expect a pizza to have pizza sauce as a base. This pizza had only hot sauce as base. After eating 2 slices my throat started paining and I had to ask for refund. On telling about the problem my leftovers were checked to see how much I ate and I was told by employees,"Its written spicy in the title". I am an Indian and I know very well what spice is...and if my throat is paining I am not wasting my money Then the manager came in and politely gave me the refund. Worst case of customer service and product.

First time I’ve written a review that isn’t positive for a business in years. The 40+ year old white woman “bartender” is atrocious at her job. She asked me if I wanted Gluten Free Crust for my pizza, I said No. She then rang it in GF anyways. My friends pizzas came out, she then alerted me she accidentally rang in Gluten Free Crust and would have to wait. That’s fine.. even though I had to wait while my friends ate (Didn’t offer the other pizza to snack on while I waited). She then came out 15 minutes later with a pizza and laughed and said “He remade it with the Gluten Free anyways.”. I told her “Well can I get my pizza I asked for...?” She then looked noticeably upset as if I did something wrong asking for my correct order. The Gluten Free pizza she brought me had a burnt, crispy, thin, cardboard looking crust - Sorry for wanting a normal crust? The cook then made the incorrect pizza for a third time. On top of that my roommate asked for a Caesar salad that he never got. In general her demeanor is hella annoying and off putting. Trashhhhh establishment. I’m only giving it a 1 Star because there isn’t a Zero Star.

Sweet new spot open in the Loncln Square south food hall. Wine by the glass, bottle or just buy an individual taste. They have food (pizzas are really good) but if nothing on the menu does it for you then just grab food from one of the other spots and bring it on over. They serve wine from the tap instead of from the bottle which is kind of a cool spin on things.

Just as we paid, cook grabbed the receipt spindle from front counter and used it to open the mozzerella, including stabbing the mozzarella with the spike. We asked for a refund. The cashier was great but the manager was rude. They couldnt figure out how to refund the tax, so I was out a couple of bucks but still better than food poisoning.

I had a couple glasses of wine and the server recommended the charcuterie board and everything was delicious! 3 cheeses, meats, fresh honey - Everything paired well and I will definitely be back.

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Love the unique wine glasses. Solid domestic wine selection. Great service and atmosphere.

Good service - they were quick to offer samples to make sure we were getting wine we liked. They should do flights.
