Wendy's

This is totally bad just bad. Went there today and placed and online orde and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to receive disgusting food. Fries were cold as the attitude we were given along with the nuggets. Both 4 for 4 jr cheeseburgers looked like they were cooked taken off the grill and then recooked to well over burnt. The workers seemed bothered that we were even eating there today. It’s just unfortunate this location has horrible management and doesn’t care in the slightest

This location is a joke. Slowest service, grumpy employees, and can’t the simplest of orders right. If someone orders chicken nuggets, they more than likely asked for sauce. How hard is it to make sure you pack the sauce?!? Stop offering it to me if you’re never going to give it to me. Burger well done and dry. Also never napkins in the bags.

Worst drive through service I've ever had, anywhere. We went into the drive through at about noon on 6/11/2022. After we waited for about ten minutes at the speaker without being spoken to, we asked if anyone was there, but got no response. We pulled around to the window and there were employees standing right by the window (including the store manager, going by her uniform). We sat for ten minutes in plain sight of them before anyone even spoke to us. L. I could've eaten a sit down meal in the time it took to order here By then, we only stayed as long as we did because we had promised a specific drink to another member of our party. After the awful service we went next door to McDonald's for the rest of our food. I'm seeing only three stars here, so it sounds like they have ongoing issues. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Edit: They also didn't give us a receipt!

It was okay. The bun was very dry on the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. The fries weren't crisp as recent ads declare. Oops - almost forgot to mention by the unremarkable nuggets. However, even though it isn't a Diet version, they have Barq's Root Beer, which is my semiannual full sugar Pop treat. The 4 for $4 wasn't bad, just mediocre. The window service was really good.

Food takes forever to get. Customer service here is what you would expect from a low tier fast food place. Expect to spend a long time waiting for your food here. Only go here if you lots of extra time in the day, otherwise you will be frustrated and your day will be ruined. If you're lucky you will get food that isn't cold, but it is very possible that your food will be cold. The food is usually a hit or miss overall. It is not the best wendy's. If you are really craving Wendy's you should probably go to any other location. They constantly get my order incorrectly as well. There is usually always some type of issue that I have to deal with if I go here and almost always regret going to this location. Don't make the same mistake I did or do, go to a different location or just go to a different food place. If time is money, than this place will cost you a fortune so be careful. If you are really craving Wendy's and you will not or cannot go to a different location for any reason, go by yourself and do not let someone else deal with this type of frustration. I feel like waiting for your food would cause a fight between friends or add frustrations to a relationship. You can easily spend 30 minutes in this drive thru waiting for your food or longer. Trying to use the app to scan food is not always successful here either and can cause issues and if the discount doesn't come up they will charge you the full price of the food you ordered instead of giving you the discount that you had and basically force you to pay for food that you would have cancelled if you weren't going to get the discount price. Please for the love of god go somewhere else enjoy the rest of your day or evening and really focus and have anywhere else. It just isn't worth it. Give another business your money who needs and respects it.

Pulled into the drive thru around 8pm or so after having being disappointed @ Belleville Rd Taco Bell (find my recent review). The line of cars was long but my options were few. I order my meals 1 single burger 3 ten piece nuggets REGULAR. Get home and find that 3 nuggs in one ten piece are SPICY and two more in another ten piece. You get 2 stars because speed of service was decent. But communicate better if you're running low or slow down as to not allow the mistake. I'm out half my daughters food because you were rushing.

Terrible food, poor service, bad attitudes, all around a horrible place to eat. Jessica should be fired and replaced. She does not run this place at it should be, frequently yelling at employees in front of customers, does not even moniter the food going out or times it takes to get the food out and on top of that refused to pay an employee and when contacted about it she just ignored her employee. Save your money and go somewere else.
