Just left. So full. Food was super good! Got the falafel-hummus sandwich. Also got a spinach pie. Price,quality, quantity, flavor was all top notch. My buddy got some beef wrap with fries that looked and smelled amazing. I don’t live around here but next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely come back! Eddie was super friendly and treated us like regulars even though it was our first time being there. 10/10 recommend Shwarma Valley.

They charged me 25% over what I expected to pay. When I called, the reason was that it’s going to take months to update their menu online. If that is the case, shouldn’t they give people a disclaimer or a heads-up when they order? To make matters worse, I heard the owner cussing in the background because I called to express my concern and to let them know that they can do better by informing their customers. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that after I ended the call, I literally gave away the food that I was overcharged for. I just think that is poor customer service. If the prices were updated, I would’ve gladly paid it. But when I’m not informed of $10+ increases and then I’m surprised by the bill, that just makes me feel robbed as a customer. So, I give them 1 star (0 stars if I could) because they have poor customer service and I was unable to eat their food after I heard the owner’s reaction. I did not come into your restaurant and beg you for a bite to eat. I literally paid for my food sir. Not good at all, do better.

If I can give them no star I would, restaurants kitchen not will maintain “not clean and not health” at all, the chef was picking the chicken using his hand without gloves. When I went to ask for Refund because I don’t want the food anymore after what I saw, The manager start to get mad, I told him the reason and still mad I asked him politely please can I have my money back thank you, he was kinda refusing then after arguing for like 5min minutes decided to do the right thing. Finally decided to refund me. In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant till they cleaned the kitchen and stop using their hands without gloves-on the food, and treating their customers good.
