Pizza was burnt. One had hardly any sauce. The wings had hardly any sauce. Won't be back. Will drive farther to a different store. Tried contacting the store to let them no the issues and they out me on hold for 20 mins

We ordered online it said 45 to 55 minutes. One hour went by so we called and was told it would take anothet 2 hours. They only have 2 delivery drivers. So we cancelled and they still tried to deliver it an hour after we cancelled the order.

I asked for extra sauce because they barely put any on my food the last few times I ordered and they didn’t. I received a greasy overly cheesed pizza with no sauce. I never made a complaint the last few times it happened to me but I’m tired of it now. I love pizza and I hate when I ask for specific simple things and they completely ignore it.

I had not ordered a pizza from pizza hut in years because of bad service but today I decided to give them another try Well they continued there downward slide the pizza was cold and late it was smashed in the box like it had been thrown around and there was a slice missing

Same as all other pizza huts they have pretty good pizza will be happy when they bring back the all you can eat at lunch again.

Pizza was nasty, but couldn't get a replacement pizza or refund. Manager was not helpful, they do not care about the customers.

I ordered extra sauce. When I received my pizza it was cold and dry, looked like no sauce. When I called the store it took 3 times before someone answered, 1 time seemed like someone picked up and hung up. I then drove there to return my pizza. 3 employees in the store, 2 completely ignored me and just turned their backs and stood there. The other employee was helping a customer at the drive thru. Kiwanne was the only employee that assisted me, he was great and took care of my issue as quickly as possible. He was the only good thing about my experience. I will not be back.
