The worst sandwich and customer service I've ever experienced. The bread was hard as a rock. I asked for peppers on the sandwich there was not one pepper on it. The server laid the sandwich on the counter I guess I was to assume it was mine. I had to ask for a bag and then I had to ask for napkins. Mybe thats why I havent been in Jimmy Johns from 2006 until now. 2006 was my 1st time and today is my last time.

Staff are rude on the phone...don't waste time or money supporting a business that allows such behavior! Bread was stale, meat low quality, and topping ultra skimpy. I've had JJ all over the country and this was awful...consider yourself warned.

Waited 45 min then only one sandwich should have been four. Manager was so unconcerned didn't want to give general managers name. Offered a coupon to make it up. Unacceptable. 1/20/18 at 630 pm

Slowest food expericance I’ve ever had, took 25 minutes to get one sandwhich. There were 4 people also getting food. Absolutely no excuse for such slow service besides poor management. WOULD NOT recommend

Frustrated with service everywhere. Just another in a string of bad experiences at multiple places. Hour for 3 sandwiches and didnt get all three. Had to wait for 3rd sandwich to show up later.

Not a typical Jimmy Johns experience at this store. Bread was old and hard. Lettuce was brown. Won't visit this store again. Someone just does not care about what they are making here.

Freaky fast says it all. Friendly staff. If you use delivery, be prepared to prvide for correct change as drivers usually don't carry change.
