Buffalo Wild Wings

Had wait staff stare at us standing by the sign that said "wait to be seated" for about 10 minutes, finally told to just sit wherever we want. Waitress initially was attentive but after taking our order we didn't see her again for another 40-45 minutes while waiting for our food despite at that time having asked for a drink refill. Received our food, boneless wings that were BARELY above room temperature, street tacos, and chips and salsa. Amazing that it took chips and salsa 45 minutes to be completed. Street tacos were good, salsa was tasting of just straight tomato paste and wings were as mentioned above. Wouldn't recommend this location and I'll gladly drive further away for much better food/service at a different buffalo wild wings location.

The bartender (don't remember name) was also our server sitting in his area. He was super courteous and helpful. Great service. We were in there Sunday early evening for football playoffs. Love all the tvs you don't miss a minute of any games. I had the macaroni and cheese with honey BBQ wings. Simply delicious.

My husband and I visited the Belleville location on last Sat evening and it was def quite busy and the Lady Manager whom I think name was Ashely was handling the situation very well..she came out and apologized about the long wait and alot of people understood but some were just down right rude...the guy cashier was trying his best to make it work. The food did take time but the manager stated that at the door but overall it was great and Ashely def handled it the right way..we will be visiting again.

We waited over an hour for our food while we were the only guests in the restaurant. We could see in the kitchen and staff was on their phones and dancing around. We were told they were the slow staff. After getting our food you would think it was hot since again we were the only ones there and no, the fries were cold and all the chicken sandwichs were plain with no toppings as ordered what was on the menu. Talked to the manager on duty and she did not care. Will not be going there again which is sad considering the great location.

Food is fine. If you order take out, check and make everything is there from entrees to sides and sauces. Something is always missing. DO NOT order delivery (whether its via the website, DoorDash, etc) because you will be missing something and just have to go get it yourself. Also- what sports bar closes at 8pm?!
