Horrible!!!!!!! They charged me for extra shrimp but didn’t give the to me….. the rice isn’t dark like I asked and then when I called to get it straight….. some jackass acted like he could understand my complaint and kept telling me my order was correct. I’ve been ordering this same thing for a while so I KNOW ITS NOT RIGHT!!!!! ITS COOL!!! There are other places I can and will go to✌🏻

Generally the workers are very polite. Tod's I had an encounter with a Caucasian woman who refused to give me my order for doordash because previous driver's had stolen from their customers. My take on this is, you can't hold me accountable for what someone else done. In order to get respect you must first show it. Not only was her attitude horrible towards me, she threw my customers food at me.

It's been an hour an a half and still no food. Person that answers the phone said it's on the way with 5 other deliveries. How long does food sit before being delivered, and only one person to deliver? Whatever... Issue is no food still. Literally ordered 1 hour and 35 minutes ago. Gf just called, been another 15 minutes or so, approaching 2 hours and still no food. 2 hours just got food. Food was alright, very... wouldn't say cold, but definitely room temp, not even warm. Microwaved it and it was okay. Overall disappointing experience. Poor delivery driver was probably having a very bad day, I imagine many customers venting their frustrations at the only face of the company they can see. The guy was out hustling to deliver the food, please keep in mind it rarely is the driver's fault. Will not order again for a very long time.

This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for over 10 years. I've moved away from Belleville but everytime I'm back in the area this is the place I'll eat. Amazing fried rice and crab rangoon, large portions, and they always get my order right. My only complaint is they're closed on Mondays and I always seem to be in town on a Monday
