These people went above and beyond to fix a small mistake on a drive-thru order. I don't think there is a fast food chain out there with faster service and friendlier staff. Theses people deserve that $15/hr+ by far. It starts with great management and trickles down to even better employees. Bravo!

I "trashed" this restraunt 2 months ago because of the lousy service and pathetic attempt at food. I stayed away for two months and decided to go back tonight. 😲......WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I went through the drive thru late on Sunday night and as you can see by the receipt attached, it was a difficult order. The line moved smoothly and the cashier was very courteous, at times, even joking. My food was prepared perfectly and tasted wonderful. So, Kudos to whoever is at this location that has improved it within the past two months! I will now resume my weekly visits and not have to drive to the villages for Taco Bell.(I live less than a mile from this Taco Bell.) Thanks again for the improvements y'all have made!!

We were attended to very quickly by Kenny! He was a sweetheart and treated us as if we were friends! Made our day and was quick and accurate with our order! My favorite Taco Bell by far (Kenny is GREAT)

They were very busy and still managed to get my order perfect! Food was still hot, crunchy and fresh, by the time I got it all home! This is the only TB in the area I will go to now! 10/10 🥇

Manger so rude and disrespectful at night they said they ain’t have no meat like what why are y’all open? They close the store 1 hour and 30 minutes earlier than they supposed and just tell everybody they out of everything

5/11/2022 went there this morning for breakfast. I went through the drive-thru I was greeted, I said I needed a few minutes to order. The comment that was made back to me from the gentleman that was taking my order was" well I can only give you 30 seconds" . So without me knowing what I really wanted to order, I ordered a number seven and I asked for beef instead of chicken which I've had several times before from another Taco Bell. Then another female quickly came on the Mic to say oh we can't substitute. I then told her I've had it this way several times ,what has changed in the last few weeks? She then went on to say they just don't do that . I just backed out the line and left to go to the Taco Bell in silver spring shores. With no surprise I was able to be treated with respect and I got my number seven with beef with no problem ,nor was I given a time limit to order. Take note Belleview from silver spring shores customer services ,because you definitely can use it. I will not be back to the Taco Bell in Belleview.

One evening I got the freshest, hot and very neatly prepared chalupas and taco, but the next time I went there and got the same items but not freshly made and not even one napkin in the sack. Consistent, quality, clean and fresh is the goal.

Well its been awhile since I was in taco bell. But I can say the portion size is ridiculous. I first thought they gave me the kids meal. That's no joke! I looked at the crunchwrap and it was filled with meat and cheese, lettuce and all the other stuffing., My meal looked like it was Cornish hen with parts missing. I told the lady at the deck that there must of been a mistake in the order, she said I'm sorry but we just do what corporate tells us to do.
Well this new way of futuristic ways ,SUCKS . Never return to Taco bell
