Wendy's

Bought the new spicy chicken sanwhich in Belleview FL and is nothing like the ones I normally purchase in the new Oxford FL Wendy's instead of fried pickels it's just crumbs from the fried pickels and bacon shriveled up to nothing.. it was without a doubt 1 lazy person that made this sandwich. I will never go back.

Wendy's operations are outdated and cause inaccurate orders such as the one received. I asked for no ice in my drink, once discovered the drink had ice, I handed it back and asked for a new drink. The worker proceeded to dump the drink into the another cup instead of giving me a new pour as requested. The worker instructed another worker to fill the cup up with the machine un the dining area. As they were there, I explained why, but was not heard. The worker went and filled up the cup. When she came to the window, I repeated my request then explained the situation and was quick to act without delay to get a new fill in a different cup. We had to wait longer than that to have the order completed. When they handed me the 2nd burger, upon inspection, also didn't come as it was specifically requested, with no tomato, no lettuce, no mayo and instead came with all of it. We had to do some modifying before ingestion. The previous time we visited it was good. 👍 So...50/50.

Worst place ever! Stopped for dinner, first they didn’t know what a loaded potato was, then had to wait 20 mins alone for a drink that tasted like a cup from the bottom of the coffee/tea pot. When I asked for a receipt they told me to pull forward and I’d have to wait another 10 mins won’t be going back there!

I love what Wendy's has done with thier fries... They totally have better fries then McD's... The only thing is at this location they are understaffed so wait times can be a little long but the service and people are very nice... I've never had my food be cold or wrong which in today's age is no easy task lol!

I've been stopping out at this location for several years every two weeks it seems like everytime I come the service gets gets worse and worse very slow lines are backed out almost to the road on the drive thru and the employees just don't seem to care when they give you your order , you need more help H With service education on what they're doing I understand it's a fast food restaurant but you are definitely serving the public get your s*** together
