Thai Grille

It was decent food for me but nothing special. My girlfriend didn't like their Pad Thai at all. She said it tasted way too fishy, like it was the only thing she tasted. We ended up sharing my beef and veggie dish that came as a chicken dish instead. No biggie, I like chicken so I went with it. The reason for the 1 star review though is the customer service. When asked about the Pad Thai my girlfriend mentioned that it had an overwhelmingly fishy taste. The guy responded that it had no fish sauce and left it at that. No offer of discount or getting something she liked, just that the reason she couldn't eat it couldn't have been that there was fish sauce in Pad Thai, who does that? Smh Pad Thai is known to have fish sauce and oyster sauce, talk about taking care of the customer, not how they are wrong and then ignoring the issue. That's not how you create repeat business. Won't be going back.

Tried this restaurant for the first time in hopes of a good experience . I could not eat the dish that I ordered due to the overwhelming strong fish taste. I found the waiter to be rude and not offer any alternatives or suggestions. I would absolutely not go back to this establishment due to their food and customer service. I usually do not complain or leave bad reviews, but this is warranted. There are many other places to go to for Thai food in the Dayton area.

My family has supported this restaurant heavily. Customer service was always top notch and the food very good. The last three times our carryout order has been wildly incorrect and like many of the reviewers here my inquiry was met with a less than understanding staff member. Almost like it was my fault somehow. The inconvenience of having to drive my order back to the restaurant to prove that they made a mistake is annoying as well. Then there's the store credit that never seems to be applied. Bottom line...never ever going back. One star because google will not allow zero stars.

Wonderful, warm, and inviting, this is easily the best Thai food in Bellbrook. I recommend the satay and their coconut soups. You’re round, this is a perfect place to eat. Hot dishes in the middle of winter time hit the spot. In the summer, stop in for some fresh rolls and salad. The ginger dressing is to die for. The restaurant itself is quite beautiful. They have a drive-through and their call ahead ordering is always prompt. If you dine in, they have beer and wine on the menu.

I would like to give them 0 stars but they truly have unbelievably immature staff members. Incredibly rude and lied about the situation when confronted over the phone. They messed up both of our entrees and when we called back, they were very rude and eventually gave us a credit for the sum of money. When we tried to apply it the next time, they said we had a credit for a lower amount, subsequently wouldn’t let us use it, and lied about what had happened. We did not end up being refunded for any of the very messed up orders and were not allowed to use our (downgraded) credit. Overall incredibly rude, insulting, and untruthful. After going as regulars and supporting their business, they will no longer get our business after this repeated bad service.
