Wingstop

Ordered from this teen employed, high school food court. Then had Missing items. I asked about the missing items, they got hostel. Heck Wal-Mart has better employees than these..... Dusty ashee buns, as the Sahara. Fries oily as olive gardens salad. Oh boy the "Wings" with half of half the sauce. I have the money to spend . So threw them away. Made my own homemade wings bone and bone out.

I always come here but honestly I just found this visit annoying. I understood it was busy and had a long wait but one girl working now didn't give me the status of my order. Not if it's almost ready in 10-15 minutes nothing. I already waited 30 min and she said it's still a 30-40 min wait. And they tell you to say outside.....okay. But what was annoying is that I called before going and the guy that answered got my whole order wrong. He decided to put me on hold for 5 min and I got tired of waiting and just hung up and came. I understand I had a long order so I wrote everything down and they still placed it wrong and they didn't fix it. I was already annoyed and just told them to leave it as is. Idk was just annoying 🙃

This place is ran very unprofessionally. I called to get my fries replaced because the ones they gave me were soggy as if they’ve been sitting there all day, they told me to call right before I got there for fresh fries. I was put on hold and when I walked in the girl that put me on hold was chatting it up her coworker. Please put a more attentive manager on duty.

Food was great and delicious, wish i can say the same about the service. First of all the soda machine only had two flavors including water. Second, took 20 min. to get an order of veggie sticks. Finally, they have 10 people working of course only two of them were working others were just standing around looking dumb founded they got to work on a Saturday. Overall it was ridiculous the quality of service we got.

My Son ordered and paid for the wings on line or by phone and when I went to pick it up they wanted the telephone number on the account or the last 4 numbers of the credit card used. Not a problem if your told this before you leave the house. The person taking care of me acted like she was way over it. I noticed that the manager is not taking the time to address each bad review. The level of caring is reflected in the canned, same answer that is copy and pasted. Food was great. That’s why they get away with bad service.

I love this place so much, always greeted by friendly people and right now they have a Big Night In bundle (25 wings and 3 dips for $17) it's a great deal because that's usually the price for one of their regular combos. This day in particular the wings we ordered had more sauce than usual and it was amazing we went back for ranch becuase the wings were so good.
