Sonic Drive-in

I ordered Bbq chicken. They must have just poured some on the top because the bottom of the bowl had no sauce. i’m glad i only ordered two things because she just handed me my food with no bag. She seemed annoyed when i told her i needed a minute because they were out of chocolate ice cream. When i pull up to the window i see the manager and 2 other employees standing around the center island drinking their Starbucks and laughing away while another girl stuck her hand into the Oreo bag and put them in her mouth and went back to making milkshakes with the same hand and bag of Oreos without washing her hands. Nobody could be bothered by the line of cars wrapped around the building waiting for food while they all stood there on their phones like the food was going to make itself

What’s the matter, Sonic of Belen? Summer night and only two cars in line. I’m one of them. Two sandwiches finally get to me, with the speed of a lackadaisical teenager doing their bare minimum. Days and days of no ice cream. I ask do you know when you will be serving ice cream again? No. Just no? But you are Sonic! That is like your main menu item. I’m not a fan of eating too much fast food, but Belen’s late night choices are scant. The line at McDonalds was around the building x2. I hope you get over your depression soon, Sonic.

We ordered in through the app at 9:00 or so, and got there at 9:15, at which time we signed in, and my name appeared on the stall screen. Fast forward to 9:45, and our order was cleared out of the stall screen. We waited for about 10 minutes, and decided to call from the stall, where we were promptly told that the stalls were closed, and they hung up abruptly. We didn’t get our slushies till just after 10:00 when we decided to go through the drive through, and the drinks were melted. I wouldn’t be all that disappointed if there were only one or two employees (stuff happens), but there were four or five, half of which were sitting around on counters chitchatting while there was a giant drive through line a few minutes prior. I never make these reviews, but I am understating how annoyed I am at workers sitting around while we were waiting for almost an hour for melted slushes.

Ordered 2 meals both with tater tots. Waited over 20 minutes just to get cold overcooked food. Tater tots where old and lood as if the deep fry had not been cleaned in a while. There where little black spots all over them. Then asked for new ones was told ok be right out waited anther 20 minutes no body ever came out so just left we will not be back. Horrible customer service and old cold food.
